In addition to the standalone version, Jamstik Creator can run as an AUv3 Audio Unit plugin on Mac or a VST3 plugin on Windows and Mac. Our goal is to provide you with a plug-n-play solution using your Jamstik and Creator software with 3rd-Party DAWs, but there are occasionally a few hiccups along the way.
Please check the following database for known bugs or issues associated with your DAW below.
The Creator Plugin is available as a complimentary download for all Jamstik Studio MIDI Guitar customers. If you haven't already downloaded it, you can find the Mac and Windows download here.

The Jamstik Creator plugin is available in VST3 Plugin, AUv3 Plugin (Mac Only), and Standalone application versions for Mac and PC. Other DAWs not listed that allow third-party VST3 or AUv3 plugins on Mac or PC should run the Jamstik Creator Plugin.
The Jamstik Studio MIDI Guitar is a class-compliant MIDI/MPE controller and works with many DAWs, soft synths, hardware synths, desktop applications, MIDI web apps, and mobile applications not listed here.
Additional Notes
[1] Ableton Live 11 and Studio One 5's MPE implementation does not preserve MIDI channel information, which is used by the Jamstik to distinguish notes and events on different strings. This blocks the Creator from showing inputs from the correct strings on the fretboard display as well as routing notes from specific strings to the correct per-string samples or accurately replicating hammer-on effects. We have reached out to these companies and hope they will make changes to properly accommodate MPE controllers in the future.
The Jamstik Studio can still be used properly with MPE compatible synths in Ableton Live 11 and Studio One that do not require un-scrambled MIDI channel data.
