Can't Find Jamstik+ in Bluetooth Menu

Have a supported Android device but can't find your Jamstik+ in the Bluetooth menu in the Jamstik+ app? 

1) Enable Bluetooth on your device

2) Enable Location on your device (this is required to use BLE 4.0 MIDI)

3) Open the Jamstik+ app -> Select your Jamstik's ID

4) Select a sound & play to confirm the connection has been made

Still Having Issues?

Update your firmware via USB using the Google Chrome Browser-based app the jamstik "Play Portal" at play.jamstik.com

OR

Update your firmware via an iOS device

Once you've updated the firmware you will be able to connect to your compatible Android devices!
