Depending on your purchases it can take up to 48 hours to process an order, not including weekends. An additional 24-hour delay can occur if an order is reviewed to protect against fraudulent credit card use.
If you need to make changes to your order, please also let us know at the email above, but do try to do so within the first 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise, it may ship out before we have a chance to make adjustments.
Once your purchase has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Please double-check your spam folder in your inbox as the email may have ended up there.
How to track your order with the tracking number:
1. Navigate to the website for the carrier handling your shipment (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL)
2. Enter your assigned tracking link.
Note: For DHL, the Waybill is the tracking number
If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days from your purchase date or have questions about your order status, please submit a ticket or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, item(s) ordered, and the email address you supplied at time of order so we can verify your info and provide you an order status.
