I want to check the status of my order

Depending on your purchases it can take up to 48 hours to process an order, not including weekends. An additional 24-hour delay can occur if an order is reviewed to protect against fraudulent credit card use

When your purchase has shipped you will receive another email with your tracking information. Please double-check your spam folder in your inbox as the email may have ended up there.  

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days from your purchase date or have questions about your order status, please submit a ticket or email us at support@zivix.net and include your name, item(s) ordered, and the email address you supplied at time of order so we can verify your info and provide you an order status.
