How do I know what version of the puc I have?

If you’re unsure about which version of the puc you have, look at the color of the lights after powering it up. If you have both a blue and a green light, you have a 2nd generation puc+ (Bluetooth). If both lights on your puc are green, you have a 1st generation puc (WIFI).

Another way to tell which version of the puc you have is by looking at the bottom of the puc. If the logo on the bottom says “puc+”, you have a 2nd generation puc+ (Bluetooth). If it only says “puc”, you have a 1st generation puc (WIFI).

Lastly, if the original puc packaging was a white box, you have a 2nd generation puc+, (Bluetooth). If the original packaging was green, you have a 1st generaton puc (WIFI).

If both lights on the puc are green, then you have a 1st generation
puc that connects only via WIFI

Don’t both versions of the puc connect via WIFI and Bluetooth?

No. The 1st generation puc (WIFI) only connects to devices via WIFI or USB. The 2nd generation puc+ (Bluetooth) only connects to devices via Bluetooth 4.0 or USB.
