How do I know when my order has been shipped?

To prevent delays in shipment, your items ship as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You will not be charged more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. Orders will be consolidated into the fewest number of shipments possible.

Upon shipping of your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.  This email will come from support@zivix.net. Please make sure this email is an approved email if you have a spam folder or software that may block the emails.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days from your purchase date, please email us at support@zivix.net and include your name, item(s) ordered, and the email address you supplied at time of order so we can verify your info and provide you an order status.  

If you need to make changes to your order, please also let us know at the email above.

*During the holidays, shipment times may be out of our control, but understand that you will always receive what you've ordered from us, no matter the situation. If you are having any issues, please be in contact with us.
