Orders & Email Confirmations

Whenever ordering with us at Zivix, you should get a confirmation email of your purchase within 5-10 minutes of placing the order.  

Please double-check your spam folder in your inbox as the email may have ended up there.  

If you have not received a confirmation email, please email us at support@zivix.net and include your name, item(s) ordered, and the email address you supplied at time of order, and we can verify your info and provide you an order status.  

It generally takes 1-2 business days of processing before your order is shipped from our fulfillment center, and you will receive another email with your tracking information when it does. (See Lead times and options for shipping)

If you need to make changes to your order, please also let us know at the email above, but do try to do so within the first 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise it may ship out before we have a chance to make adjustments.
