"There may be an issue with your jamstik" message

If you are able to connect to Wi-Fi but not to Jamstik Connect, first follow the steps of restarting both devices. 

If a restart of either your jamstik and the device you are trying to connect to does not succeed in connecting:

You may need to plug your jamstik in for a while to fully recharge.

It is recommended that you use a USB charging block directly to a wall outlet, but you may also connect to a computer for a longer period. 

It is strongly recommended that you are using the latest version of iOS software.
